Mentoring is a partnership in which one individual guides, 培育, 并支持学术研究, 个人, or professional development and growth of another individual.
This program is flexible and can be tailored to fit your schedule. However, you must complete our program requirements to receive the program incentive. We estimate about 6 hours of commitment over the span of the year.
Even if you don’t know what career you’re interested in, you can benefit from 指南针. Our mentors and staff can help you narrow down your career interests.
